  1. Oh that painting feels like this time of year around here. And as the nights are now so long this quote from St John of the Cross is consoling on so many levels of our being. I will hold onto this through this season. Love that hazy, misty moon and mystical moonlight! Thank you for sharing Nancy....it brightens my dark mornings.....God Bless.

  2. I need to remind myself of this more often. You know, when something major happens, like the passing of my father 8 years ago, I could grasp this much better. Yet, why is it that I fail to grasp it, let alone remember it, when the little trials come along? I am definitely a work in progress ;)
