    This seems like a very appropriate quote and painting considering you are celebrating Thanksgiving (tomorrow?) I haven't seen this Monet painting before. My! I'm enjoying my stroll through the images you have posted!

      Thanks, Sue. I thought it appropriate too! I hadn't seen this either (I put "paintings of turkeys" in the subject line at Wikimedia, and loved this one on sight). Yes Thursday is our Thanksgiving. And you already know the menu for most people, thanks to your readers :) !!!!
